HOW DO I START THE CONSIGNMENT PROCESS?

The first step to consigning with Olive & Willow is to fill out the inquiry on the Consign With Us page. We will reach out to set up a virtual appointment to discuss your items and review our consignment process in detail (pricing, rates, payment terms, and length of contract). During your virtual meeting, we will view each piece individually and we'll let you know which pieces we're happy to accept. From here it’s as simple as printing out your shipping label and packaging up your items to send off to us for processing.

Can you tell me How Olive & Willow AUTHENTICATEs Products?

We authenticate and review the condition of every item we take on to sell. If an item doesn't meet our standards and we can't guarantee its authenticity, we simply will not accept it.

Each item in our inventory undergoes a rigorous, multi-point inspection process. Inspections are done by hand, and we are not above consulting outside product experts to verify authenticity. We take pride in conducting extensive research to identify the time period and original price of each piece to build the most informed product descriptions.

DO YOU OFFER LAYAWAY?

Items can be purchased with a 50% deposit with the remaining balance being paid within 30 days. There is a $500 minimum order for layaway items. Customers who do not pay off the remaining balance on their items within the 30 days, forfeit their deposit. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Authenticity

Without your trust, we would not exist. You will find in many cases our items come with the original authenticity paperwork and dust bags from the original purchase.

If you wish to return your purchase because you feel that the handbag is not authentic, in order to receive a full refund please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item/s. We would require you to produce documentation that the designer handbag you purchased from us is not authentic. You can obtain documentation from a well-recognized authenticator service or expert or the original designer store. We will attend to any matter and work together with you to resolve it. Brand Names/Trademarks 

Except where noted, the brands whose products we sell are not associated with Olive & Willow, and the brand names are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent consignment store.

Errors and Omissions 

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our prices and information. However, mistakes and typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to make corrections. In the event you have purchased an item based on misinformation, Olive & Willow reserves the right to cancel the transaction with no further liability on its part.

Representation 

Please read the descriptions of each item carefully and look at all of the photos provided. We show all of our handbags as they are, so please note the size. Coloring of bags can slightly change due to the varying monitor calibration.
